I’ve worked with Jay a few times and every experience is always so wonderful! I always feel safe and secure when I’m shooting with Jay and he is always aware and respectful of my boundaries.
He always gives me great feedback and is so open to collaborating on ideas for shoots! He is always so lovely to talk to and we’ve found out we have a lot of things (and people) in common, which make shoots feel like hanging out with an old friend!
Some of my favourite photos of myself have been taken by Jay, so if you’re thinking about working with him, you absolutely should.

I have worked with Jay several times now and he is an absolute joy to work with!
He is always excited and involved when we start planning shoots together, communicative and helpful at any stage of the process and just generally friendly, cheerful and fun to be around. Also, the photographs he creates using both digital cameras and film give a wide variety of feel and emotions.
Cannot recommend enough! So glad I get to work with him!

By no means have I ever thought myself to be photogenic, but Jay made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, I momentarily forgot how awkward I usually am, and really enjoyed the entire experience.
Not only did Jay make me feel at home in my own skin, I left our session with a sense of confidence I’ve carried with me to this day. Now if only I could figure out what to do with my hands. :)

Hello! My name is Fallon Wolkowski, I've been working as a model for the past six years with various photographers. I'd like to give an honest review of my experience working With Jay.
First off, communication is key when working with anyone, and even before meeting with Jay, he went over what I should expect while shooting. He gave me insight into his ideas and future projects which made me feel very relaxed. Upon arriving at the studio, he explained everything again before going on to the actual shoot.
He let me work at my own pace as first shoots are usually nerve-wracking in my experience. As soon as I felt completely comfortable the project just flowed so naturally.
Secondly, he made sure to ask questions about what my likes/dislikes were, what I was happy with about myself, and what I maybe didn't want to showcase as much. Consent is very important to me, and he always checked before doing anything which I'm incredibly grateful for (again putting me at ease.)
He let me preview the photos while shooting so I could actually visualize what the end project would look like, it's not super common to be able to see those but it just made me trust him even more. It was such a fun time; I look forward to working with him in the future!

I love working with Jay! When creating art of an intimate nature it's important for me to feel safe and comfortable.
Jay provides the space for vulnerable creativity. He's non judgmental, kind and funny. I love the moody feels I get from the finished photos. He was open to feedback and some of my creative input.
I'd highly recommend him to anyone and I'll definitely work with him again.
